Firstly, Hera has a serious problem with her temper, like Jasmine. She likes getting revenge and even though we don't see Jasmine as revengeful, I believe that if someone hurts her, she won't forget it so easily (besides Aladdin, she forgives him every time, like Hera forgives Zeus). Also, Hera protects women which means she's a feminist, again like Jasmine. Another common, is thei history with their husbands. Zeus tricked Hera (he transphormed into a little bird, in order to make Hera hug him and then he became God again and well, she suddenly loved him), like Aladdin tricked Jasmine in order to make her fall in love with him.Athena- Mulan.
Athena is the Goddess of war. We can't say that Mulan likes fighting, but she has been to a war and she did very well there.
Athena is also the Goddess of wisdom and I suppose Mulan is wise. Another common is their relationship with their fathers. Athena is Zeus' favourite daughter and Fa Zhou loves very much Mulan. To conclude, Athena is forever virgin and while Mulan has a husband, she cares more about saving China and bringing honor to her family, finding a boyfriend was probably the last thing she had in her mind, unlike many other princesses.Aphrodite- Aurora. Hestia is the Goddess of domesticity and hearth and I think that we can associate Tiana with these values, because of her hardworking, mature and determinate character, her love for cooking (it has to do with the hearth I think) and her beautiful relationship with her family. Hestia is forever virgin and that's why I chose Tiana instead of Cinderella or Snow White, she doesn't seem to care about finding the true love, at least at the beginning of the movie. So, I hope you enjoyed my article and learned more about Greek Mythology.
I don't know if you agree with my choices, but if you don't, please be respectful and explain your arguments in the comments. AdelitaI I'm not Greek but I know Greek mythology, since it is the most popular and famous mythology in the world.
